Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Our website has no membership system and does not request special categories of personal data; please do not include such data in your message.

Receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact and quotation requests,
Planning consultancy processes in line with your request,
Fulfilling legal obligations and evidencing in potential disputes.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, and is necessary for compliance with legal obligations.

5. Collection Method

Data is collected electronically and by non-automatic means through the website contact form, corporate email.

6. Transfers

Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our email and hosting infrastructure providers and with legally authorized public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. It is never shared for marketing purposes.

7. Retention

Contact records are retained for [e.g. 2 years] following the conclusion of the request, or for the limitation periods set by applicable legislation where a contractual relationship arises, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your Rights (Article 11 of KVKK)

You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to enderunsal@defend.com.tr in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
